Hopper H343 Harmony Chan Up/Down

Since the H343 update, the channel up/down and arrow up/down are no longer working on the Logitech Harmony remotes. They still work on the Dish remote.

Mine is a Harmony Elite using RF thru the hub. It has been working fine for several years.
