Hopper Ads in Facebook Games?

I haven't played Hidden Chronicles is a bit so imagine my surprise when this window popped up when I logged into the game today. I was not expecting this.

TV Network wont run the ads so someone else has to. Besides its probably cheeper plus all the networks are giving DISH free Hopper ads by talking about this lawsuit.
