Hopper 3

Sometimes it gives a black screen and won't come back until you've reset it and other times it will just not find the Hopper. It is weird. Didn't happen once until we got the H3

Sounds like he's talking about a Joey, since IT can't find the H3.

Yeah. It's the hopper 3 and the joeys

You're still being too vague. Be specific about what is doing what, when, where.

Will have to get more info from customer. Have not had a chance to get out to their house. I copied and paste the text I got to the feed. I do know it does it at random times.

I have the same problem. It is the Joeys. When you turn on the TV. The TV will show a screen that says something like check source. Than you have to reboot tv or Joeys. It will than see the Hopper. IMO is a known issue IMO. Have had this problem since last two software updates.
