Hopper 3 OTA Antenna

Hey guys. I'm back after a 4 year break from DishNetwork. I noticed you're required to purchase a dual tuner adapter if you want a OTA . My old receiver you could just screw the antenna directly in the back of the receiver. I was a bit shocked of the price of the adapter. Is there a alternative OTA tuner out there that's a cheaper? Maybe a lead to where to get them a bit cheaper? I thought I could buy a used one on Ebay, but the last two have sold for over $42.00. Thanks!!
