Hopper 3 missing all channels on guide

I have a Hopper 3 and 2 of the 4k Joeys. The main hopper receiver when I press guide I only get like 4-5 channels listed there. I checked the favorites list its off and showing all channels but it just goes to the 4-5 channels. I can manually type in the channels and it will work, but won't show them on the guide. I've unplugged the hopper 3 for 10 secs and plugged back. Won't fix it....any ideas? The 4k Joeys work just fine and show a full guide setup.

No that it will probably make any difference, but plug pulls should be for about 20-30 seconds.

Maybe create a favorites list then switch back and forth to see if it resets somehow.
