Hooking up DVR R15

I recently brought a working dish and receiver over from my girlfriends old house. I have a very basic question on hooking it up. The dish has 3 lnb's with four coax outs on it. The DVR has 2 sat inputs. My question is, does it matter which coax outputs on the dish go to the two inputs on the DVR?

No, it doesn't matter as long as they are straight runs with no splitters in between.
