Seven months ago he walked away from a lucrative contract with Fox Sports Net to create his own regional sports network Altitude Sports Entertainment which debuts Saturday. Much of the live programming will come from four local pro teams owned by Kroenke Avalanche hockey Nuggets basketball Rapids soccer and Mammoth lacrosse.
