hi i got this lnb at a yard sale the lnb was used in starchoice dish size 30 but on the lnb says bell expressvu dish network canada so don't know if its to be used for free to air or just to get bev or dish

You could try setting it as linear standard (L.O. 10750), however I'm 99.999% certain its DBS circular...

It'll work fine for reception of linear satellites.. it's a leftover from exvu's days on E2. Alphastar used a similar one. 10750.

I recall that few years back Bell ExpressVu used one of Anik's a starchoice bird.
When Vu got their own sat Nimiq 1 everyone had change dish/lnbf's.

That will work just fine for FTA. I have the exact same unit.

LO frequency is 10750. Its a standard LNB
