I'm new here and would greatly appreciate any and all help. I have a Sony 46" Bravia XBR4 and a Directv Hr-20 HD box in my basement. My WRT54G router is upstairs and I would like to wirelessly connect the hd box to the net and get on demand. What do I need to do? In laymans terms please, learning!!

A gaming adapter/bridge should work to connect to your router. Something like this.
