God forbid you try to quit Voom...
I just called Voom to try switching to the rental program from charter membership. Rep put me on hold, and then he told me they can't do it because it 'screws up their system'.
I told him fine then, go ahead and cancel my service - I want my MBG exercised now. He puts me on hold again, and then returns to say I have to wait 48 hours for a call back and then call back to beg if I don't receive that call.
I politely explained that the MBG expires in 48 hours - that won't work. He informs me that no one on night shift can cancel a membership (?!?). He'll escalate my problem and hopefully I'll get a call before 48 hours....
