Help!!!

I have screwed up my remote(blue button). It will not do anything,batteries are good the lights still work. I need the code for a 3900 rec.

any help would be appreciated

Pull the card out of the 3900, the info screen should come up in a few seconds. Look for remote address near the bottom of the screen. Push the red record button on the remote and the address should change. If that dosen't work call 800-333-3474 and talk to tech support.

The 3900 is probably set to the factory address of 01. Just reset remote to 01 first.
