Quite a while ago I acquired a free 6 foot dish. It sat on the ground for a while. I recently found an analog Uniden Digicipher II receiver and it works (powers up and displays on the TV anyway). Problem is, I don't have a remote control for it and some of the setup features requires a remote. I found a universal remote at Wal-Mart that said "Uniden Satellite Receiver" on it so i thought GREAT, but doesn't seem to work it. Yes, I did check the switch in the back and it is set to IR remote instead of UHF.
Does anyone out there have one of these or know where I can find one? Yes I know this reciver is old and analog will be at the wayside someday, but I'd like to get it operational on those rare occaisions that I want to see analog feeds still on C-band and/or Ku. (also posted in FTA discussion)
