Help with Signal in Brownsville

I have installed my Bell Expressvu from Canada in Brownsville and although I get a 90% signal on most transponders I cannot get any signal on transponders 7,11, and 23. This means I am missing some channels ie;,280 to 283, 300, 302, some 400’s, 500 and 505 . Is this normal for this far south or do I need a different dish or LNB?? I have a regular 20” dish with single LNB and aiming at 165.8 with a 59.3 angle. Any help would be appreciated

The mighty (or lack thereof) Nimiq3

ExpressVu co-locates 2 satellites at 91 (Nimiq1 & Nimiq3) so Nimiq1 lasts longer. Unfortunatelly, N3 doesn’t reach the southern US and west coast
