help with setup

I am new to this and am having some issues. First off I have a Winegard 76 dish, and Invacom lnb, a diseq switch, a motor and a Nfusion Nova. I am a little frustrated so any help is appreciated. I set up everything but I cannot seem to get anything. My nfusion constantly shows a "s" of between 38 46 and a Q of below 10. I can't seem to find any birde. I have the elevation, declination and aiming set correctly. So now I am thinking is is the way the lnb is mounted on the dish arm. There seems to be some Play available but not sure. Of course the directions were very unclear. It is a Invacom quad polar with 40mm horn, and the dish came with some plastic brackets that fit around the horn. But is there something I am missing. ANything I can look at, any help is appreciated.

little more info like location would be good
any motor involved?

if no motor, what satellite you trying to aim at?

I am in Arizona (Phoenix area), and it is mororized HH sg2100

I would recommend that you start without the motor. Choose a satellite with a good strong signal such as AMC 4 (101W) choose a strong signal such as 11819-H 5700 or another satellite from here:

Once you are able to set up your dish without a motor it will be easier to set it up with a motor.
