Help with Lost 129 signal

I have a dish 1000 installed on my roof and about 3 months ago lost my
signal from 129 sat. I had a big tree sorta in the way and I figured it must be
the reason. Just last week this tree was removed by my neighbor and now
I have a clear path and yet no 129 signal ..

I tried rebooting, re-running check switch (after clearing the connection etc.)
But the detail report shows I have a good connection on port 1, 2 & 3,
but only port 1 & 2 shows 110 & 119. Port 3 shows "Conn" with a X.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to fix this. I'm missing all my locals
and many HD signals (CNN HD etc). How could I lose just 1 sat all of a sudden
when it says I hava good connection on port 3 ??

Call E* for a service call. Possible causes: bad lnb, dish out of alignment, bad switch, dish is warped out of shape. If you sign up for the home protection plan, the call will only be $30 iirc.
