I'm having trouble getting IA-5. I get signal ranging 75-99 but no quality. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

My location: Newark, CA, 94560

Elevation:39.2°
Azimuth (true): 142.6°
Azimuth (magn.): 127.9°
LNB skew: -28.8°
Dish skew: 90.0°

Dish: 3ABN 36" Dish

LNB: Techsat Tracker II+ 0.2db Standard Linear Ku LNB

Specs
Input Frequency-11.7-12.2
LNB LO 10750
Noise Figure 0.2db
Single output

Receiver: CNX Duo

Which transponder would be the best to use?

Which other menu settings do I need to worry about?

How do I set the LNB skew and why is that important/necessary?

Zip Code: 94560

Make sure to set the LNB freq or LNB LO freq to 10750.
