help with E csr's

I have a Dish network system but would like to upgrade to a hd system but I do not want to deal with a csr I can't understand. Does anybody have any info on how to deal with these csr's.

I agree, techinal support (in my opinion) actually has American's or at least understandable mexicans! And seem to help me more than the rest that are obviously reading out of a book!

Have you thought about learning Hindu as a second language?

Unfortunately, most of them are just as clueless :(

The only difference is you can understand them when they tell you BS.
 
This may be posted elsewhere, but I also go through tech support AND I use a secondary phone number that you can find on the Dish website. It is 1-888-284-7116. I have always had good luck and have spoken to knowledgeable techs using this number.;)
