Help with Dish 500 antenna and 3 tuners

I recently remodeled a home , and as a result, it went from two TV sites to three. As such, I'm looking for a way to get the existing Dish installation to work with three tuners.

Right now, the installation looks like this (I apologize if I'm off on the terminology):

DISH 500 Antenna -> single coax / RG6 cable -> diplexer (near dish) ->RG6 / coax -> diplexer (near receiver).

One side of the diplexer goes to a separator. One end of the separator goes to SAT1 input, the other end of the separator goes to SAT2 input on a 322 receiver. The 322 TV2 out goes back into the diplexor located near it. Another RG6 cable is tied into the diplexor closest to the dish; its other port is a straight feed tothe second TV.

I'm going to be moving to a 311 and a 625.

I'd like to do, if possible, a straight-up swap of the 322 with the 625, then do another run from the dish to the 311. I've read the 500 installation menu, but this is honestly all new to me -- I've done cable and CAT5 runs (and plenty of networking), but satellite technology is not something I'm familiar with.

If anyone can tell me how I can get a third tuner (two tuners on one receiver, one tuner on the other) going with this installation, I'd be very grateful!

My thanks in advance.

The second receiver that you add will need a direct connection to the LNB (there should be an unused one). Other than that, you should be able to put the 625 where your 322 is without issues.

Is there a reason for the 625 and 311 receiver choice? If you are upgrading the equipment HD receivers would be a smarter choice. You can't buy SD TVs so if a TV fails you are going to purchase a HD TV and both of your receiver choices are SD. The HD receivers will still receive the SD channels off a dish 500 and does not require a dish upgrade. I'll bet a DIRT member can offer a good inexpensive upgrade.
