Help, TV blinking white & black with my Coolsat 4000 pro

After I delete all the channels by press info button in the delete menu, immediate after I entered the passward to confirm the delete, the TV screen just begin blinking white and black. I can't see the menu any more. Then I restore the factore firmware and connect to the TV, again TV begin blink white and black. Don't know what to do. Please help. Thanks in advance.

All I can think of is you've somehow set the Coolsat into PAL mode.
Try resetting it into NTSC if you can.
