Hi everyone, I have had many calls to tech support for dishnetwork and I am going crazy trying to figure this out. I have a 522 dvr dual tv1 and uhf tv2. the remote was fine (only slightly over a year old) and lasts week stop working the tv2. I changed batteries, reset address, rebooted receiver etc... nothing. Dish tech said I needed new remote control, which I received today. Again, same problem, not reading the new remote. When I pull up system info on the receiver and try to change the address to remote 2 it will not change it which means the remote and receiver all of a sudden are not working. So now dish tech tells me they are sending me out a new UHF antenna. Has anyone heard of this? Does the antenna just go dead all of a sudden? This is crazy. The receiver is new. The antenna has been adjusted , nothing is obstructing it, it hasn't been moved etc..... If anyone can help would be greatly appreciated since I cannot figure this out. thanks much.

You can extend the antenna with a length of coax to a higher or better location. You ARE sure that the address is set correctly? Good luck!
