help pointing to 97 no quality at all

I have problems sitting my pansat with dish 97 ku 5, I cant get any quality signal at all
here under is my details
---- my valuse 205.1 Azmizth /36.8 Elevation/ 17.9 skew I add 10 to 205.1 as amagnitic correction
---- 36 inch dish , universal LNB multistar input 10.7-12.75 GHz, noise figure 0.3 dB
---- Pansat 3500sd
---- just connecting the lnb to the reciver without switches and no motor
---- I am using the software for DN bin253
---- in antenna set up screen I am choosing lnbtype :uniersal 1
** lnb lo-freq: I cant type any thing on it, it is 9750--10600
** 22KHz : doesnt show on or off it shows - -
** DiSEqC: i dont have it and it is off
** skew: I dont know what to put 17.9?? does it matter to get quality signal
** TP: i dont know what to choose plz till me what number should it be
** positioner: no motore

my probem is I cant get any quality at all and the signal is 78 to 79
do I have to set skew in lnb to get any quality i would like to know where is my mistake I did 91 and 61.5 fine before with another dish but this 97 I cant get it at all and I am just connecting it to the reciever

skew on the receiver is irrelvant...you have to physically skew the LNB

where are you located? Those numbers you gave we can't guarantee are right because your location isnt listed

There are 2 transpnoders that will work fine
