Help......please.....

Hi, my name is Jim and I am new to this site. I have a Captive Works CW-600s. I borrowed it from a friend about a month ago. The other day the screen froze and I am unable to get a picture from all the channels except the preview channels. I have tried changing between satelites 119 and 110, nothing happens. Tried changing the legacy switch and disque number, nothing happens. The strength and quality are very good, well over 80%. I have a Dish 500 satelite with 2 eyes (lbn) on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
