help no quality

i have a visionplus 1020a pci sat card with a wineguad ds-2076 sat dish also a diseqc 2.1 motor with spitfire ku lnbf from dmsi an i live in hollywood fla pointed dish according to instructions width sat finder i cant get any quality but i get strength up to 80% so iget no chanels can any one guide me in right direction would like to at least see a picture

1) Use a signal meter. (Sat finder the program never worked for me)
2) Confirm the satellite which you are on by; A) Compass heading - magnetic deviation. B) Comparing scan results with Lyngsat dot com. C) Comparing elevation to elevation from web look angles
3) Read a lot!!!!!!
