Sounds like signal loss. Run a check switch and let us know what satellites are listed after the test. Also, check to see if both tuners have signal after the check switch.

Which satellites? I believe 110 carries guide data so if you aren't receiving signal from 110 that could explain the guide issue and why you would also be missing channels. I'm not sure about signal reception from Panama but 25 sounds low.

no dish dosent sell in panama i just bougt a reciever on amazon and a bod dish and install it

Huh?

Are you looking for the EEPG or just the EPG? Dish is transferring service from E12 to E16, and the latter sat may have much tighter antenna patterns on the ground. I don't see the EEPG guide on 61.5. The EPG is still on transponder 14.

Electronic Program guide and Extended Electronic PROGRAM Guide. Getting only 61.5 you may not get many channels. You also need to have an account and activate that receiver but Dish doesn't offer service in Panama.

dish dosnt sell in panama but i have a dish account and an active receiver i just cant get to record because the guide dosnt load completely it was fine until a week ago

Yep, sounds like the new sat has a smaller footprint and you're now outside of it.
