This past week I purchased a triple LNB oval dish for my pending HD monitor. I got my TV and purchased a Samsung TS360. What is really weird is my new Samsung... and TiVO only recognize one satellite... even though I changed the dish type to reflect triple/oval. My Hughes (non-HD) in my bedroom recognizes all three satellites and shows me at 100%, 100% and 92% signal strength on the three.

Why would I have one receiver showing everything as it should be and the other two only show a single bird. To note... my regular programming comes in just fine on those... just don't get HD on my Samsung.

Any suggestions???

Got it resolved

Hi Guys... just wanted to drop and update to let you know I found the issue... it was the multi-switch. My new 5x8 powered Terk arrived about an hour after I posted my "help request'. Installed the multi-switch, rebooted my receiver(s) and everything came up. Excellent signal on all units.

:D :D :D :D

Regards,

yep, the std multi switch won't work with a triple LNB since it has a Multi switch built in...
The powered Multi switch is the way to make it happen

ENJOY!
