Help me convince my condo board to allow dishes!!

Help!!

I realize this doesn't belong in this forum, and the actual thread can be found in the general satellite forum, but I need as much help as I can get and since this forum currently has the most traffic, I'm hoping more people will see it here.

Basically my condo board is considering reviewing its ban on satellite dishes and I am in a position to research the pros and cons and make suggestions. I have until Monday to get this all put together.
