Help getting Nasa TV

What do I need to do to get Nasa TV? (Cheaply) I have been unemployed for 15 months now. I have an RCA DRD485RG reciever, and an 18" dish with a single, Dual output LNB, and I also have an oval dish with a single, dual output LNB and an LNB for DirecPC, which I am using just for DirecTV. The dishes are in 2 different locations on the property and both work well.

Wait a week, they are moving this channel to the main satellite on June 1st.
