Help for a Noob

My HD Box VIP 211 has sound and no picture.
Ive followed all of the trouble shooting, reset the box, and just about anything I can personally think of.

Any suggestions? All of my other TV's are fine.

Unless it is a cabling problem it is a bad receiver 1-800-333-3474.

A little more info: how is the 211 connected to the TV? Is the sound coming through the TV or an AV receiver? Do you have the TV on the correct input? If you are using DVI/HDMI try switching to component and see if that works.
