Help: 2nd satellite not working

I have a dual tuner HD receiver with PVR. All was working fine until one day the satellite 82 that runs our 2nd TV would not get a signal. Signal strength is 0%.

I tested out the a few coax lines to see if this was the problem but to no avail.

I unplugged the receiver and let it power down but this didn't fix it either.

It did start working once for a couple days but it has been down for over a month now.
Any suggestions on things I can do to troubleshoot this or fix this?

I called Bell and they checked my signal strenth and check switch area and then told me to call a tech.

82 does not run your second TV - the second tuner in your PVR does. That said, you most likely have a problem with your switch which is probably an SW-44 or SW-21. Try changing the inputs around and see if you lose 91 and 82 comes back.
