Hello, everyone. I'm new to the satellite guys and thought I should say hello before I start asking a bunch of questions. I live in a still somewhat rural area of southwest Ohio. Several large open fields to the east and south of the house give me a great view of the sky. And there are numerous hawks in the sky each day. I'm a long time big dish user, 21 years, and I've really enjoyed it. To be honest, I've always been a user and have never really tried to understand the technology. I'm a big turn it on and watch. But pretty much all the big uglies I know have switched to a small dish. But I'm still fighting to hold on to the past. Until recently I never felt the need to be my own serviceman, but I'm having a hard time finding quality people to help me keep my system in good order. This looks like the place to get educated. I've scanned the site several times and I think I could use a little direction on exactly where to start. So hello and I'm looking forward to visiting often.
