I drved this one and the HD transfer is just excellent. I watched this one a couple of times when I was little. I really liked it back then. Now watching it and been more knowledgeable about the story and the different interpretations and spins, I can say that I can't stand it and decided to delete it at half time. There are so many flaws in this script and whomever wrote it added a spin to it that is remarkable. Anyway, I won't put this one in my collection of HD DVDs when it comes out.

The Actor who played Jesus in this movie also played "Captain Christoper Pike" in the Original Star Trek Pilot. That pilot failed so another one was made using Capt Kirk. The used footage from this original pilot for "The menagerie" episode later on.
