The problem is that the installers are not fully trained in the download. It might work well for a while but basically there is no support because some of the companys dish network hires are "suspect" to say the least.
Call dish network and ask them to send out a field MANAGER he has been through the training. When he calls you like he should you can ask him to bring his credentials
I have to disagree, I have a 921 and 811, HDnet if freezing on both them and has been since the two previous software loads. I also have a co-worker with Di* and HDNet does the same thing on his receiver
