has anyone tried to use something like this?

i have a 722 that i would like to feed to three tvs. any thoughts?

They work if that's what you want to know. You might check monoprice.com for prices also. Some recommend using the component output for longer runs and using the HDMI for the set nearest the receiver. I don't have any experience with very long runs myself so I will be of no help there.

i use my hdmi splitters to hook up say 3 622's and a 222 then output to 1 tv
are you trying to hook up 1 box to like 4 tv's?

yes that is exactly what i want to do. i want to hook up a 722 to three hd tvs but i don't need all of them on at the same time. i can only watch one a time :D
 
yes i think you can only have 1 tv displayed at a time

so your looking for a 4 hdmi out 1 in, dont know if possible
apparently the one you selected from amazon is a 1 in 4 out hdmi switch

so if i were you id get the switch you found from amazon
