HDMI Sound Issue!! HELP

I have had my H10 for a few weeks now hooked up with component...

My HDMI cable came in today and when i first plugged it in it was doing the black screen thing and i had to keep turning it off and on. I reset the receiver and that seemed to fix the visual problem...BUT now the sound is all messed up! Everything sounds like techno...whenever someone talks it sounds like they are robots.

What should I do?? Is it the H10??

Well dont know what happened but the sound is ok. Only if I could have a channel on for longer then 5 freakin mins. Whenever I change the channel everything goes black and no sound. Can still see the H10 controls/info but nothing!!!

I went back to component and still nothing.....i have to reset the reciever to get it back. I had to do this 4 times during 24 tonight......
