HDMI Problems all of a sudden

Ive had my H-20 for about a month now, I have it connected via HDMI to my Philips 50PFP5332D Plasma TV. Its worked fine until this morning when on every channel its blank and black, I can hear audio but get dialog box on the bottom that says;

"The program includes content protection that restricts viewing on the television attached to your DIRECTV recievers HDMI connector"

I dont see how this can bee seeing how HDMI altogether is copy protected and my TV supports HDCP.

Shut down the receiver and unplug it. Leave it that way for a 15 minutes or so. Then plug back in and see if issue is still there.
