hi,
I just bought HD9003pvr and I connected it to tv but when turn it on it says boot and does not do anything. can anybody help me through it

Those boot in European "Pal" mode. Unless your tv set can handle it, that's a problem, you need NTSC mode. You need to look for a format button on the remote, and push it until you see the picture.

if it is stuck on boot not much you can do except keep cycling power

What method are you using to connect to your TV? I was thinking that if you use HDMI it might come up correctly, IF, it isn't broken that is.

Oh, and it would help if you listed the equipment you are using in your signature. That way we know what you are using and that may speed the process of fixing whatever problems you may have.

thank you for the reply. I finally figured it out.(it was on pal mode) I had to disconnect the HDMI reset it to NTSC.
