I bet many HD subscribers will downgrade their HD package to the $10 HD essentials tier. Maybe E* might take notice if that happens. I for one am switching to the $10 package.

Yep. I am downgrading to the $10.00 hd pack too. I have no use for the Voom channels any longer since they just rerun the same tired movies ad nausem. I rarely watch Universal, Hdnet or Hdnet movies. I can watch Torchwood on BBc America if I had to in sd. I might even downgrade to just top 250 dvr advantage too , but then I will have to pay 11.96 in dvr fees for my other two dvrs. I just wish they would offer the 4 premium movie packs in hd for $10.00, like I heard rumors about on the ces threads. THen I could pay 20.00 and get the best in hd for my use.

HD downgrade

I will be downgrading as well. None of the VOOM channels interests me in the least. I agree bring on Sci-Fi and USA. Ghost Hunters in HD would be cool.
