HD tuner/Reciever help

Hello everyone. I always come here when i need help because I had my questions answere here before.

I have a 42 in plasma HD tv ready not built in tuner. so anyways I am thinkin of getting and indoor Hd antenna and I know which one i am going for (zenith silver sensor or something like that)

but I don't know what reciever to get I don't want to spend alot of money this is only for local channels, I need something less than 100-150?

please if anyone can give me any name that would be nice. This is for indoor Hd antenna for local channels

How far are you from the stations, where do you live.

well some are 8 miles away some are 15 miles away? some are 30

There are some Directv's receivers that work for OTA without a subscription do D*. You can also search on eBay for some used OTA tuners or Directv's receivers. There's a new Samsung receiver that has ATSC/NTSC/QAM tuners. It sells for $179.00 at Circuit City but it's very hard to find it.

Silver sensor is UHF only, 1/2 of your stations are VHF

I have picked up Wood, WOTV, WXMI with most indoor antenna's and I am in Kalamazoo. WWMT on the other hand, I bet I could be sitting on the transmitter and not get their signal. WWMT is absolutely horrible OTA.
