HD Tivo recording SAP stream

When I try switching from English to Spanish on a movie that has been recorded, the spanish track is not there. Is there some setting I'm missing to have it record both streams?

are you using the sap button on the tv or the SAP in the menu of the tivo? You need to turn SAP on from settings menu. If it still doesn't work that show might not have secondary audio tracks

The tivo dvr will not record both audio tracks. The new Directv + dvr will, the new R15 does.
