HD TiVo Problems?

It seems like every couple of weeks, all my channels come through on my HD-TiVo as unavailable and I need to restart the unit. Is this commone, or is there a problem with my box?

I've had mine for just about 1 year now and I've not seen that problem. I think a call to D* is in order for assistance.
