I have the H20 receiver and get all the new HD channels fine. My problem is with the 2 D11 receivers on the other non-HD TVs in the house. When I go to the SD version of an HD channel, say channel 247 on receiver D11 I get a black screen and the signal 771 error. It is only happening with SD channels that have been launched in HD. Any channel that doesn't have a HD counterpart comes in fine. Channels with an HD counterpart do not come in.
I called DTV and they could not resolve the issue. They had me make sure the cables were secure to the receiver and reset the D11. Things I had already tried before I called them. They are going to send out a tech to check the problem.
