HD receiver rental fee questions

I have a dual tuner 622 receiverw/ DVR and was thinking of getting another.
The first is connected to my wired network, how much will the second receiver be per month and do I need to have that one connected by phone/internet?

$6.00(or 5.00) a month if it isn't connected to a phone/internet line.

just upgrade one of my 211 in bed room to VIP722.. And one for 612 now i have 2 722's and one 612
Are $7.00 for each box and $5.00 for DVR feather so around $12.00 a month for my another 2.
But ONLY If u have more then one HDBOX. U pay like that.

Sorry but I didn't understand that. In any case, besides whatever you have to pay for whatever equipment you have, if you have a HD DVR that is not connected to a phone line or the internet you pay another fee. I know of no exceptions or ways around this.
