HD Free For Life Deal Gone?

My Step dad wanted to switch from E* to D* and while I was searching for what deals they have it says HD is included with the Choice Extra pack. While reading the small print it says that HD is only included for 24 months.

Does this mean that in 2 years their bill will increase by $10.00 and the HD free for life deal they had when I signed up last August is not longer available?

small print says:

[SUP]3[/SUP]With qualifying package and enrollment Auto Bill Pay

Doesn't say it ends in 24 months.
