HD CINEMA10, NEW HDTV MOVIE CHANNEL, DELIVERS LARGEST LIBRARY OF HDTV MOVIES AVAILABLE ANYWHERE

New HDTV Multi-Plex Channel, Available Exclusively on VOOM Satellite TV Service, Brings Movie Theater Experience Home with Stunning Image and Sound Quality

Jericho, N.Y., December 22, 2003 - The largest library of high-definition (HD) movies featuring the stars of today and of Hollywood's golden era is now available to consumers nationwide.

HD Cinema10, a new mutli-plex of ten HDTV movie channels that debuted in October 2003, delivers the largest library of uncut, commercial-free HD movies available anywhere, all in their original widescreen glory. HD Cinema10 is included among a package of brand-new, commercial-free HD channels created by Rainbow Media Holdings, LLC and available exclusively on VOOM, the first television service to offer a comprehensive array of HD programming to customers throughout the continental United States.

Each movie in the HD Cinema10 library of films has been meticulously converted from its original film source to a high-definition, widescreen format using the most advanced technology. HD Cinema10 offers something for movie lovers of all kinds - action and adventure, comedy, crime, classics, dramas, westerns and musicals.

"The quantity and quality of HD programming available prior to the launch of VOOM was far too limited and we want to fill that void as HDTV sets continue to gain in popularity," said Joshua Sapan, president and CEO, Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, creators of HD Cinema10. "HD Cinema10 offers movie fans the largest library of HD movies available anywhere with such spectacular image quality that we can deliver a true movie theater experience to homes nationwide."
