HD Channels not coming in

Our HD Channels on Dish Network are not coming in, we get the complete signal loss message. All other channels are fine. Can you point in the direction for resources to fix this? Thank you!!

Do a "switch check" (you will find in the menu under "installation") or go to "System" in the menu and see if the satellites are all showing green (good) or red (not good)

Sounds like a possible LBNF failure, you might want to call a local retailer or dish network to get it looked at. One thing to try is press the menu button then press 6,1,3 and watch the boxes that show your satellites. if they turn all green you are ok and might just need to reboot your box. If not all green you have a problem that needs checking.

Could be a pointing issue, line of sight issue for the HD bird, bad LNB, good info to check so far by other posters, if all else fails you may need to have a tech out. What kind of dish do you have? Knowing will help get you more definite answers.
