HD Channels not appearing in Favorites

I have a problem since January 1 that comcast cannot solve. I am near Boston and had a 3412 box and now have a 3416 box. My favorites list includes both SD and HD channels, however when I go to view my favorites, to see what programs are on, only the SD channels appear. This happens on the old box, the new box and a box a tech brought out to test my issue.

Has anyone else seen this issue or use the favorites listing like this and not seen the issue?

Will, I noticed the same thing on my Motorola 6412 last weekend.

The HD channels were back in my favorites lists this morning.
