Hi,
Is anyone successfully using DVBworld'd HD 2104D USB box with blind scan software under Windows 7 64 bit? I have tried many times to get the May 28, 2010 update from DVBworld to work. At first, I thought it is a bug up Microsoft's *** which prevents users from installing unsigned drivers on Win 7 64 bit machines. Infuriating if true. Pressing the F8 key just before booting to windows provides the option to ignore unsigned drivers. Drivers install ok, but no blind scan. I have signed the drivers my self for testing purpose using the Win 7 SDK functions; but still no success. Maybe it's not the signed driver issue. The faux signed drivers install without a warning or error message. The drivers work for the most part, but fail the blind scan mode.
Win Xp 32 bit works fine, except I no longer use Xp.
Thanks.
