I downloaded some shows last night from HBO on Demand, and they are being deleted. I subscribe AEP, so of course its free for me to watch. Dish customer services tell me to go to DVR>rentals and there nothing in the folder. Then he tells me go to system status to check hard drive failure. Places me on hold for another 5 minutes and found out over 3000 people have submitted a complaint about this issue. What the hell are we paying $12 dvr fee service if they can fix an issue that been going on months. Its annoying as hell.
