Having "Watch" prompt on NHL Center Ice with Hopper/Joeys

Not sure if anyone has this issue. So on some NHL Center Ice games I just find the games on the guide, center click, and bam I am right on the game. On others I find the game on the guide, center click, then I get this prompt that shows me the cost of Center Ice (almost like if I were ordering the package with the hopper and remote for the first time) and an on screen button that says "Watch" I then have to click the watch button to get to the game. It just kind of makes channel surfing through games I have already ordered/paid for a pain. But for some reason I just notice it on certain games. Is there something I can do in the menu to get rid of this?

Does it happen when the game is getting ready to air, or after the game is already going?

Both. But I figured out that it is a software/equipment issue with that particular Joey. So I am having another one sent to me to swap out. It freezes, takes longer to restart...etc.
