Had a customer call me needing a service call and said he had two dishes on his roof he also stated that programming had changed from Galaxy 19 to 25 and was wondering if this was the issue.

I do believe the correct answer would be that G25 was replaced by G19. But that should not be the problem.

The true answer may be that the channels that were on AMC4 have moved to G19, and without reprograming the channels are no longer oin the receiver's programming and need to be added.

Galaxy 19 has been renamed several times according to the Glorystar website. G25, Telstar 5, and T5 are among the several names. AMC 4 however, was replaced by SES1.

Mercury II - No G19

Glorystar 1100c Very Weak SES1
